Returns & Refund Policy

At Realones, we take pride in the quality of every garment we produce. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns under the conditions outlined below.

Return Window

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging

Any returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.

Exchanges

We currently offer size exchanges only, subject to stock availability.
If you require a different size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration
